With the launch of a brand-new, state-of-the-art garage, this is an exciting time to come on board. The business is expanding, investing heavily in modern equipment and building a skilled team for long-term growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Full paint preparation (masking, sanding, priming)
- Mixing and matching colours to manufacturer standards
- Applying basecoat and clearcoat finishes
- SMART repairs and blending work
- Inspecting and refining completed jobs
- Maintaining spray booth and equipment
What we need:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
- Strong knowledge of modern paint systems (water-based preferred)
- Excellent colour-matching ability
- High standards and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
