Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up, or a current Team Leader seeking a fresh challenge? A well-established and growing business in the motor industry is looking for a driven and organised Service Team Leader to lead a fast-paced aftersales front desk operation. In this hands-on leadership role, you\’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of the service reception team, ensuring smooth customer journeys and efficient service delivery. You\’ll also work closely with workshop and aftersales management to maintain high performance standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Service Advisors in a busy front-of-house environment
Oversee bookings, customer enquiries, and workflow scheduling
Monitor team performance and support achievement of KPIs and customer satisfaction targets
Handle complex queries and escalations professionally
Collaborate closely with workshop and parts teams for seamless service delivery
Ensure accurate invoicing and effective handovers
