They are now looking for a creative, hands-on and experienced Senior Videographer & Multimedia who lives and breathes content creation and wants to bring stories to life across multiple growing brands.
About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, full-time creative role where you will produce high-quality video and photo content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc. From filming founder podcasts and behind-the-scenes content to editing reels, long-form YouTube videos, and campaign shoots, no two days are the same. You will work closely with the founders, creative leads, and marketing team to craft branded content that is entertaining, on-brand, and actually gets watched. Due to the nature of filming, this is a fully on-site role. A full UK driving licence is essential, as some travel will be required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging video and audio content
- Create a variety of content type reels
- Edit and optimise content for specific platforms and formats
- Produce supporting media, including photography, thumbnails, motion graphics, and animation
- Collaborate on storyboards and creative briefs with our in-house team
- Maintain and manage media equipment and file organisation
- Lead on post-production, including colour grading, sound design, subtitling, and resizing
- Stay ahead of trends and help shape our creative direction
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in video production and editing
- Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar)
- Experience creating native social media content
- Solid eye for design, motion graphics, and storytelling
- A proactive, organised approach to juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- A strong portfolio, YouTube channel or Instagram account that shows your style
- Comfortable behind the camera and occasionally in front of it (optional, but a bonus)
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to work occasional weekends when events require, with time off in lieu
Working Pattern:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Occasional weekend or out-of-hours work for events or filming, with time off in lieu
- On-site at our HQ in Burton-upon-Trent
