Location: Leamington Spa Area (Hybrid Working)
Working Pattern: 4-Day Working Week
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Tax Compliance
- Preparing corporation tax computations and CT600 returns
- Managing tax adjustments, provisions and disclosures
- Supporting group tax reporting requirements
- Managing client deadlines and workflow
- Delivering high-quality compliance work
- Client Relationships & HMRC Liaison
- Communicating directly with clients
- Explaining tax positions and compliance requirements
- Managing routine HMRC correspondence
- Supporting clients with payment obligations
- Building trusted client relationships
- Advisory & Technical Support
- Supporting advisory and transactional projects
- Conducting technical tax research
- Preparing draft calculations and advice
- Assisting with international group compliance matters
- Developing broader advisory expertise
- Systems & Technology
- Working with tax software including CCH and Alphatax
- Supporting digital tax submissions
- Using technology to improve efficiency and service delivery
About You
- You'll likely have:
- UK accountancy practice experience
- Strong corporate tax compliance knowledge
- Experience preparing tax provisions and disclosures
- AAT qualification, ACA/ACCA part qualification, or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines
