The Role

  • Take ownership of the business's CRM and marketing automation platform, helping to shape how customer data, communications, and automation strategies support commercial growth.
  • Become the internal expert for automation, segmentation, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and CRM performance, working closely with leadership to maximise the value of the platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising the CRM and marketing automation platform
  • Building and maintaining automated customer journeys
  • Developing audience segmentation strategies across multiple brands
  • Creating lifecycle marketing campaigns that improve engagement and conversion
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Maintaining data quality, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM
  • Producing reporting and insights to support business decision-making
  • Working with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities

About You

You will have experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing platforms and be comfortable combining technical capability with commercial thinking. You will demonstrate:

  • Experience managing CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience building automations and segmentation strategies
  • Confidence analysing campaign and CRM performance data
