We are partnering with a fast-growing multi-brand automotive group to hire a Group Ads Specialist based full-time in Burton-on-Trent. You will take ownership of £500k annual ad spend across Google, PPC, YouTube and Meta.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube and Meta
- Develop structured testing plans and optimisation frameworks
- Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and channel performance
- Build dashboards for CPL, CPA, ROAS and revenue attribution
- Improve landing pages and conversion journeys with RevOps & Marketing
- Maintain accurate tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
- Introduce new channels and growth opportunities
What You'll Need:
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing high-spend accounts
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build high-level reporting
- Experience driving performance in lead-generation environments
