Job Description

We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive individuals who have hands on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients.

The role requires managing workplace change activity to embed new ways of working and ensure that workplace change projects are successful in delivering changes in behaviour.

You will be supporting both public and private sector clients in the UK deliver the best working environments for their employees, by delivering workplace change.

Essential Functions

  • A person who can meet with client leadership and other client representatives; conduct interviews; run workshops; conduct and analyse surveys; gather, analyse and summarise data in easy-to-understand presentations.
  • Manage workplace change projects to meet fee objectives, organise and manage resources and be responsible for invoicing.
  • Implement regular communications to clients and the business regarding project progress.
  • Deliver workplace change strategies, communication plans & engagement plans.
  • Delivering change project reports to clients.
  • Contributing to exercises such as change complexity assessments, and stakeholder mapping.
  • Managing and reporting against delivery plans.
  • Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix management environment.
  • Help support in identification of workplace change opportunities.
  • Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years working experience working on workplace change and transformation projects.
  • Experience of delivering tangible results on workplace change through the application of business change methodologies.
  • Experience of programme and project management within a change environment.
  • Experience of engaging with stakeholders within complex environments.
  • Experience of producing high quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescales.
  • Experience of developing analysis and insights to support solution development for a change project.
  • Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable.
