You will work on some of the most exciting projects in the world, involving large hotel conversions, superb residential projects, and high profile mixed use projects.

You will work with leading property developer clients who invest in the capital.This opportunity is open to Senior Project Managers who have the skills and experience to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes.

You will be responsible for conducting research, establishing processes and systems, producing project plans, managing teams, monitoring and documenting project progress and changes, preparing communication materials and reports, liaising with the client, contractors and designers, and attending meetings.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Project Manager, you will:Conduct background research, data collection and bench markingEstablish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectProduce project plans and manage teams where applicableMonitor and document project progress and other performance indicatorsTrack and document changesPrepare written project communication materialsPrepare formal project progress and other reportsLiaise with the client, contractors and designersAttend meetings and draft minutes, etcQualificationsSenior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large sites in LondonProjects can include residential, commercial and mixed useSuccessfully delivering the whole project or a large element of itExperience with working on projects of 20m++Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architectureAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
