Beneficial Experience:
- Experience of utilities/water infrastructure project and/or programme management, including end to end lifecycle experience or specialism in development or delivery stages.
- Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC/other form contracts.
- High level of commercial management including complex commercial arrangements.
- Experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors.
- Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management.
- Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
- Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects/programmes.
- Delivery within complex operational environments.
- Experience of working and reporting in complex stakeholder and regulatory environments.
Preferrable qualifications:
- Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Chartered status with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.
- Project management certification (e.g. APM/PRINCE2/MSP/ChPP).
- NEC Accreditations or qualifications.
- CSCS/equivalent.
- NEBOSH or equivalent.
