In this role you will own performance and quality for iconic natural resources projects, applying strong analytical skills to deliver client-focused outputs. You’ll plan, execute, and escalate where needed, collaborating with teams to meet KPIs and optimise cost control. You will provide commercial leadership on forecasts, final accounts, and value engineering while contributing to internal knowledge and governance. Responsibilities
- Own performance and quality of outputs with focus on client needs
- Plan and execute work, identify value-adding opportunities, escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to maintain professional relationships
- Communicate clearly to enable productive working, address challenges professionally
- Administer contracts with accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and cashflow control
- Work with client and contractor teams to deliver on KPIs, programme performance, cost control, and value engineering
- Provide commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy, and finalise accounts promptly
- Contribute to internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements
Key requirements
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
