In this role, you will lead performance, quality and value delivery on iconic energy and infrastructure projects within the Natural Resources team. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional colleagues and clients to plan, execute and monitor programmes, ensuring governance and best practice. You’ll apply commercial leadership to forecast accuracy, cost control and final accounts. This is a client‑facing, impact‑driven position in a growing, inclusive firm focused on innovative energy projects.
Responsibilities
- Own performance and quality, delivering reliable client‑facing outputs
- Plan and execute work, identify value opportunities and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients, maintaining professional relationships
- Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working
- Administer contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management and cashflow control
- Work with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs, programme performance and value engineering
- Provide commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy and secure timely final accounts
- Contribute to internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements
Key requirements
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
