Turner & Townsend is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to shape smart-building advisory work across the early project stages. Location: London, Birmingham or Manchester with hybrid working; two to three days in an office, plus occasional client or site attendance.
You will turn strategy into practical requirements for data, interoperability and building technology; lead client workshops; assess risks; and help win bids while growing client relationships and delivery standards.
