Location: Midlands and East of the UK with travel opportunities and client office locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contracts and procurement processes, especially within NEC frameworks.
  • Oversee post‑contract activities: payment approvals, change management, and cost control.
  • Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance.
  • Provide data‑led insights to support informed, strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare estimates from early‑stage forecasts to detailed cost plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating, ideally on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
  • Degree‑qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach — we value clear communicators and adaptable thinkers.
  • Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
  • A drive to contribute, lead, and grow within a global consultancy.
