You will work with clients to shape and influence project management, focusing on improving efficiency through Information Management, BIM, and Digital Technologies, supporting clients in achieving their Net Zero goals. The role is diverse, including strategy development, delivering IM functions on major projects, setting up and implementing CDEs and digital technologies, and change management and training, either client-facing or internal.

You will advocate for Information Management and Digital technologies across sectors like Real Estate, Healthcare, Corporate Occupiers & Defence, aiming to make a tangible difference in client efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted advice on digital, emphasizing Information Management and BIM to unlock value and optimize technology use.
  • Capture and analyze client requirements to design and deliver digital strategies aligning with business goals.
  • Author BIM documentation and processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead BIM implementation within client organizations, across programs, and at project levels.
  • Drive change management, embed technology and processes, and deliver stakeholder training.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Interface with clients, design teams, PMO, and contractors on digital technologies and BIM from strategy to delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Analyze data, interpret requirements, and produce detailed reports.
  • Support project deliverables and contribute to continuous improvement of our IM services.
  • Create and contribute to bid proposals.
  • Support colleagues' professional growth and promote a positive team culture.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and report insights.
  • Act as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend's digital services.
Qualifications – Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of information management standards like BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
  • Understanding of international BIM standards.
  • Familiarity with emerging supporting technologies.
  • Knowledge of roles and responsibilities in digitally enabled projects.
  • Experience with BIM documentation and key data environment tools (e.g., Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise).
  • Proficiency with 3D modeling and review software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
  • Understanding of asset tracking, dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), PMO tools, geospatial tech, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Curiosity for learning new software skills.
