You will join the UK Digital team who span Defence, Government, Infrastructure and Energy markets. Your mission will be to accelerate the growth of our digital footprint in Defence and Government, while contributing to the ongoing development of our capabilities and solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Play a key role in shaping and delivering our annual growth plan, focusing on our Defence and Government go‑to‑market strategies and actions to achieve our strategic objectives.
- Lead the generation of new work through strategic and technical client engagement, working closely with our market leads, technical leads, and account managers.
- Mobilise and lead teams to deliver significant projects which may across key accounts and new clients, supporting clients to shape and deliver their transformational agenda.
- Engage regularly with regional and global Defence, Government and Advisory leaders to support client engagement, proposition creation and opportunity conversion.
- Support the ongoing development of new propositions, capabilities and solutions. Take new propositions to market, leveraging your network and engagement skills.
- Support business operations and performance including leading project level profit and loss, contributing to workforce planning, business development and our people agenda.
- Positively influence our 135 people by providing leadership, line management, mentoring and coaching, helping others to develop skills and gain experience that supports their career growth and impacts positively on business performance.
Our Digital Lead will help to integrate you into our digital operating model, supporting the establishment of your internal network and involvement in bids / projects / initiatives. We’ll also expect you to be a self‑starter, leveraging your existing network to help for new partnerships, unlock new routes to market, and to develop in‑demand services.
This role will require strong stakeholder and consultancy skills. Qualifications in at least one of the below is desirable. Alternatively, strong experience will be considered:
- Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or other management consultant qualifications
- Business Analysis qualifications such as BCS or IIBA.
