We are recruiting a Risk Manager to support our Project Controls team on major construction projects in the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Data Centre sectors. The Change & Risk Practitioner will work within our Project Controls team on high-profile projects across the UK and Europe, providing performance reporting and analysis. This role may involve working as part of a large team or as the primary contact with clients.
Typical Activities Include:
- Developing work breakdown structures and performance baselines with cost and planning engineers
- Establishing progress and cost monitoring methods
- Producing project control reports
- Providing performance analysis and recommendations
- Defining and delivering the Risk scope
- Engaging with client teams for contributions
- Carrying out QSRA and QCRA exercises
- Supporting the client in risk management initiatives
- Leading continuous risk management improvements
Qualifications:
- Experience in project controls within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or data centre sectors is required, including at least one of the following: Programme Controls Management, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, or PMO.
- Degree education is preferred, with relevant industry experience essential.
- Experience with tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Excel, PRISM (Cost Management System) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow processes and innovate are necessary.
