What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading cost management and contract administration across major infrastructure commissions
- Driving forecast accuracy, budget control, and cost reporting through to final account
- Managing NEC contracts (Option C experience highly valued) with confidence and precision
- Proactively identifying and managing commercial risk, change, and cash flow
- Building trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as your career progresses
Qualifications
- Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in infrastructure, civil engineering, or major programmes
- Strong NEC contract knowledge (Option C preferred)
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills — you can hold a room with a client as confidently as you can interrogate a cost report
- MRICS qualified or working towards it (supported by us)
- Someone who takes initiative, not just instructions
