We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Health sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover. You will also have the opportunity to work on live Healthcare projects, leading small to medium-sized complex commissions and supporting major complex new build schemes in London. This is a great opportunity to take the lead and grow a successful career within our market-leading Health and Education Division.
Responsibilities- Plan and secure resources for projects or programmes, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and manage risks and issues within projects, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Ensure projects or programmes stay on track and deliver on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.
- Build, sustain, and facilitate relationships with project or programme stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of projects or programmes, using appropriate metrics and indicators.
- Evaluate the impact and benefits of projects or programmes, using evidence-based methods and tools.
- Post-graduate level professional qualification in project management (must be internationally recognised).
- Degree in a relevant field (preferable).
- Experience in Health projects, such as hospitals, clinics, or research facilities.
- Strong contract administration skills, especially with NEC contracts.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Knowledge of the UK Department of Health and Social Care’s management systems and tools.
