  • Provide regular performance reporting to the Project Controls Lead and wider delivery team, using tools such as Power BI, Primavera P6, and EcoSys.
  • Mentor and support Project Controls Engineers fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams, PMO, and supply chain partners to ensure consistent and accurate project controls data.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of project controls strategies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and support assurance activities.
  • Participate in cross‑functional workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Controls, such as AACE\’s CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or PMI‑SP (Scheduling Professional) is desirable.
  • Membership of professional body such as the APM or equivalent, and either working towards or Chartered.
  • Demonstrable experience in project controls within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, ideally in nuclear or regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and cost management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, EcoSys, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience managing change control, risk, and performance reporting processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop junior team members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with ambiguity and change.
