Due to increased workload and securing of new clients within the Public and Private sectors, we have opportunities for Procurement Consultants to join our growing Contract Services team in our UK offices. The Contract Services team includes specialists in procurement and contract strategy, claims management and dispute resolution services. We are the first consultancy to be recognised by the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) for excellence in the procurement processes that it provides for clients in the construction sector.
This role will provide the opportunity to further their procurement and consultancy experience, working with highly skilled teams to deliver Best in Class Procurement and Contract Advice services to the largest brands and on the most exciting programmes and projects. This role will be a part of our growing Contract Services team and play a part in the continued expansion of our team and our services in this exciting period of growth, such as Sustainable Procurement, Transformation, Renewables, Digital Procurement and Net Zero Strategies.
Main Expectations:
- To provide procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients
- To collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes
- Support the development of the services provided by T&T
- To support the delivery of both team and wider business targets
- To support the work-winning capability of the Contract Services team
The intention is to develop the right applicant within the Contract Services team, offering a distinct opportunity to rapidly progress their career within an entrepreneurial and growing team. This will be achieved through a mixture of experiencing large scale projects, mentoring and coaching, specific procurement training and becoming trusted experts.

Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a strategic procurement environment
- Experience in tender preparation and development
- Experience of developing and awarding contracts individually or as part of a team
- Knowledge of multiple supply markets with cross sector experience with Public Contract Regulations or equivalent
- Awareness of a range of standard form contracts including NEC and JCT
- Has achieved, is working towards or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
- Preferably possess degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement
- Preferably possess experience working in Defence, Utilities, Infrastructure (roads, rail etc) sectors
- Security Clearance (SC) β currently valid or could be reinstated

- Ability to develop procurement strategy within a project or programme context
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding key commercial principles and techniques
- Supporting the delivery of strategy and/or development of documentation in a capital project or programme environment
