Job Description
- Provide procurement strategy advice to Public and Private sector clients.
- Collaborate with a team on end-to-end procurement services for major projects or programmes.
- Support the development of the services provided by T&T.
- Support the delivery of both team and wider business targets.
- Support the work-winning capability of the Contract Services team.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a strategic procurement environment.
- Experience in tender preparation and development.
- Experience developing and awarding contracts individually or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multiple supply markets with cross‑sector experience in Public Contract Regulations or equivalent.
- Awareness of a range of standard form contracts including NEC and JCT.
- Has achieved, is working towards or is willing to work towards at least Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply.
- Preferably possess a degree related to construction, civil engineering, quantity surveying, law or procurement.
- Preferably possess experience working in Defence, Utilities, Infrastructure (roads, rail etc.) sectors.
- Security Clearance (SC) – currently valid or could be reinstated.

- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding key commercial principles and techniques.
- Supporting the delivery of strategy and/or development of documentation in a capital project or programme environment.
