Overview

In this role you will provide scheduling services across diverse Real Estate projects and coordinate with client-side stakeholders to align construction timelines with contractual requirements.

You will lead pre-baseline reviews, prepare progress updates, and highlight schedule risks to inform client decisions.

Your work supports fast, evidence-based scheduling decisions, including acceleration and delay analyses to keep projects on track.

This position offers the chance to shape Integrated Master Works Programmes across complex multi-stakeholder environments within a leading advisory firm.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-baseline reviews of contractor programmes to ensure contractual and industry standard alignment
  • Prepare progress update reports and identify key schedule risks and opportunities for clients
  • Recommend corrective actions and develop acceleration programmes for delays
  • Perform delay analysis and assist in delay claims management
  • Coordinate with multiple client-side stakeholders to create an Integrated Master Works Programme linked to the main contractor’s schedule
  • Advise clients on optimal timelines for multi-staged complex construction projects
  • Key requirements
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management (explicitly stated)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects
  • On-site construction experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction and project processes
  • Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project
  • Knowledge of Asta or other programming software advantageous
  • MS Excel, Power Point, Word proficiency
  • Experience with large-scale Real Estate projects (Hospitals/Retail/Commercial/Hotels/High-Rise/Universities/Residential)
