P3M Data & Reporting Analyst (Senior Consultant) – London Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Consultant to lead advanced reporting and data analysis solutions within P3M environments, shaping our digital capability across infrastructure programmes.Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of digital controls solutions aligned to P3M frameworks.Engage with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.Design and build advanced dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.Oversee the integration of data from multiple systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance.Develop and maintain scalable data models and structures to support enterprise-level reporting.Provide expert guidance on data quality, governance, and reporting best practices.Mentor junior consultants, fostering capability growth within the team.Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement across our digital services.Essential Qualifications 5+ years\’ experience in data/reporting analyst roles within project or programme environments.Strong understanding of P3M principles and project controls methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel, including macros and automation.Proven experience designing and implementing data models and reporting frameworks.Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering to executive audiences.Experience leading work packages and mentoring junior colleagues.Desirable Experience in infrastructure sectors such as Defence, Energy & Natural Resources, or Transport & Utilities.Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.Knowledge of PMO functions, data governance, and enterprise reporting environments.Programming experience in SQL, DAX, or VBA.Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, APM, Microsoft Power BI, or equivalent.Additional Information All information will remain confidential according to EEO guidelines.
