Kickstart your Building Surveying career with our comprehensive two-year program. Designed specifically for graduates, this program provides the support and experience needed to successfully navigate the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway. As part of our Real Estate department, you'll spend two years immersed within our building surveying teams, gaining hands-on experience in a wide range of building surveying disciplines. This includes exposure to dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management, working with a variety of property types and sectors. The program may also present opportunities for international work across Europe.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Conducting building inspections and surveys.
- Preparing detailed reports on building condition and defects.
- Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders.
- Supporting project teams in the delivery of building projects.

Qualifications
