Qualifications Beneficial Experience: Experience of utilities/water infrastructure project and / or programme management, including end to end lifecycle experience or specialism in development or delivery stages. Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts. High level of commercial management including complex commercial arrangements Experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors. Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management. Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure. Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects / programmes. Delivery within complex operational environments Experience of working and reporting in complex stakeholder and regulatory environments Preferrable qualifications: Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience. Chartered status with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution. Project management certification (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP). NEC Accreditations or qualifications.
