The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 £ per year.

In this role you will drive performance and quality on major energy and infrastructure programs, delivering reliable, client-focused outputs. You will plan work, identify value-adding opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and governance standards. You lead commercial aspects, including cost monitoring and forecasting, while guiding knowledge sharing and process improvements. This is a chance to work on iconic commissions within the Natural Resources segment and influence project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance and quality with analytical problem solving to deliver reliable outputs
  • Plan and execute work, identify value opportunities, know when to act independently or escalate
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients, build professional relationships
  • Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working
  • Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and cashflow control
  • Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering within governance

Key requirements

  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
  • Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads / aviation) projects
  • Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios
  • Professional Chartership (preferable)
