The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 £ per year.

At Turner, payment and expenditure management; cost estimating. Provide robust post contract commercial management which will support the project goals and objectives including negotiating/agreeing compensation events and ensuring that the core principles of the Commercial Manual are being implemented. Comply with all safety policies and procedures, promote safety and safe working practices both internally and externally to improve safety performance. Support the Procurement and Commercial Manager in providing a world class procurement and commercial service.

Qualifications

  • Significant, demonstrable experience in contract management, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or an equivalent discipline.
  • MCIPS qualification preferred but not essential.
  • Strong experience in contract change management and claims management.
  • Proven ability to draft and interpret commercial contracts, with knowledge of standard construction forms and bespoke agreements.
  • Experience working with NEC and FIDIC contracts.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting for project budgets.
  • Knowledge of commercial governance processes for large capital projects, including contract, commercial, or cost-related delivery experience.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
