Our Programme Advisory (PA) business unit has a proven track record of working with public and private sector clients to deliver complex strategies, set-up, and transformations for major programmes both in the UK and globally. Our Programme Commercial Advisory team within PA supports iconic clients across a wide range of sectors through designing, developing, implementing, and optimising commercial strategies, commercial models, and functional operating models.
We are seeking talented individuals at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant grades across multiple UK locations who are looking to support our clients’ major programmes and organisations in setting a new standard of supply chain and commercial delivery for the industry.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Understanding and communicating the key strategic levers to enable successful outcomes-driven commercial environments for clients.
- Guiding clients in understanding how to establish optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Utilising experience to contribute to translating a client’s vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions.
- Deploying and/or optimising commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems tailored to client needs.
- Connecting and collaborating with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams both internally and externally.
- Developing strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Supporting clients to deliver effective change management.
- Identifying, contributing to, and progressing business generation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of one or more of infrastructure, defence and/or energy and natural resources markets.
- Awareness of the commercial lifecycle and how this supports clients.
- Experience of delivering projects within commercial/transformation environments.
- Familiarity with construction industry context, models, and initiatives.
- Qualified, or in an advanced process of becoming qualified in MCIPS, RICS or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
