b Overview /b p In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary design input across prestigious infrastructure projects, ensuring buildability, compliance and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to shape design outcomes from concept to delivery. You will drive innovative and sustainable solutions while embedding health, safety and environmental considerations. This opportunity lets you influence major projects in data centres, defence, rail and industrial sectors within a supportive, growth-focused Real Estate team. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible working environment /li li focus on work-life balance /li li inclusive culture /li li opportunity to work on high-impact projects /li li professional development support /li li collaborative team environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage contracts with external design consultants and contractors with Project Manager oversight /li li Lead technical assurance, review constructability and manage design interfaces /li li Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams to deliver project solutions /li li Collaborate with technical, operational, maintenance and strategic stakeholders and design coordinators /li li Liaise with clients, Engineering Managers, Project Managers and contractors on project issues /li li Drive development of innovative, practical, and sustainable engineering solutions /li li Embed health, safety and environmental considerations into engineering and design /li li Ensure integration across civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical and electrical functions /li li Ensure constructability, maintainability and reliability across asset lifecycle /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Minimum 5 years’ experience managing design through full project lifecycle /li li Strong understanding of integrated design delivery and managing consultant performance /li li Knowledge and experience of BIM and common data environments /li li Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering /li li Chartered Engineer (Preferred) with CIBSE, IMechE or similar /li li Experience with CAD (AutoCAD or Revit) /li li Excellent communication with clients and staff /li li Self-driven and results-oriented /li li People management, time management, and project design management skills /li /ul ul li communication /li li collaboration /li li problem solving /li li BIM /li li Common Data Environments /li li AutoCAD /li /ul
