Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex procurement processes and documentation (instructions, criteria, negotiation plans, award reports) for major public sector programmes. Experience of public sector procurement frameworks is a must, i.e Public Contract Regulation 2015 etc.
  • Provide senior assurance for strategies, business cases and evaluation governance.
  • Coach and develop procurement staff to support knowledge.
