We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious professional to help drive growth in our UK & Ireland consultancy team. As a Senior Consultant within the AMCL UK & Ireland team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metrics
  • Using your knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities
  • Working on projects, shaping solutions to meet client needs and managing delivery teams to achieve the best result for our clients and our people
  • Advising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilities
  • Developing, leading and managing key relationships
  • Driving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globe

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience of working on or with asset or infrastructure projects
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high-quality outputs
  • Experience with complex problem-solving in consulting or asset-intensive organisations
  • Ability to balance competing needs and to manage time and workload effectively
  • Experience of data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence solutions, PowerBI
  • Willingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interests
  • Strong Commercial awareness

Education and Certifications:

  • Strong academic background in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent field
  • Institute of Asset Management Certificate and Diploma (or progressing towards this)
