As a member of our growing team, you would be working to help us make a difference with our clients in delivering a diverse range of highly complex projects and programmes. You would be based in our London office and likely spend your time with colleagues and client teams based across London and the South-East region. Dependant on client requirements, most of our roles support a hybrid working pattern.Project Managers at Turner & Townsend:Project Managers at Turner & Townsend work on a broad range of projects and programmes in Aviation, Roads, Rail, Water/Utilities, and many more. Experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including: project management principles; contract management; financial management and project controls; health, safety, quality and environmental managementInterpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clientsProblem solving, analytical and numerical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for deliveryDrive and commitment to achieving solutions, including the ability to work under pressure and motivate othersPlanning, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior client representativesAble to lead, manage and develop project teams or work streams as part of larger projects or programmesCreative, curious and growth mindsetBeneficial experience:Experience of procurement and managing NEC contractsExperience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructureQualificationsDegree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experienceProfessional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with the APM, ICE, ITP, or similar professional institutionProject management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP)NEC PM Accreditations or qualificationsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
