We are looking for experienced and proactive Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team specialising in Public Sector programmes. You will work on some of the most exciting and purposeful programmes and portfolios nationally and globally, transforming central government projects through international transformation programmes and national business change programmes, with values ranging from £1m to over £2 billion. Our projects are iconic, international, and offer exciting challenges and exposure to some of the most innovative schemes in the marketplace. You will have experience of working on transformation programmes and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, intelligent, external-facing, and innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Commission Lead, and support, on a range of tasks, including:
- Deliver high-quality service proactively to a senior audience in a persuasive and credible manner, to meet and exceed expectations
- Support the development and management of client relationships and related commission outputs and deliverable management
- Operate existing effective programme processes and systems that enable efficient data collection, management, and benchmarking
- Support in interfacing with the client and other consultants at all programme stages where required
- Understand the client and commission requirements and provide a trusted position that the client can rely upon to deliver
- Programme set up, delivery, and close down activities in accordance with the requirements of the role
Qualifications
- Experience working on programmes, central government programme management experience desirable
- Good understanding of programme management requirements and how it relates to central government projects
- Ability to work in relevant programme management processes and systems
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Professional membership desirable
