We are seeking a skilled and proactive PMO Support professional to collaborate with our Programme Leaders and managers. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving compliance with governance and risk management requirements, maintaining contractual deliverables, and embedding excellence in commission management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide programme/PMO support to Programme Leaders, Directors, and Managers, ensuring all efforts align with the commission's vision and objectives.
- Embed and maintain the framework for programme management and control.
- Establish and oversee robust processes for engaging and managing programme stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain comprehensive logs, registers, reporting mechanisms, and data quality standards.
- Execute secretariat duties and ensure effective communication within the programme team, action tracking and follow up and administration.
- Facilitate processes to manage and report on all financial aspects of the programme.
- Define and integrate safeguards to manage risks to health and safety for all involved.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will:
- Hold programme management accreditation or demonstrate familiarity with programme management methodologies.
- Have a proven track record of applying programme management methodologies in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
- Possess experience in maintaining programme logs/registers, reporting, data quality management, secretariat duties, and communication.
- Exhibit strong organizational and interpersonal skills to empower and inspire the programme team to achieve success.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate.
- Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems.
- Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract.
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
- Degree / Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field.
- Professional membership desirable.
