Job Description

We have an opportunity to join our dynamic and fast paced HR team as a HR Assistant. Duties will include:

  • Providing first-line support to employees and managers during the Workday Hypercare period, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Supporting users in completing tasks within Workday, helping to drive confidence, adoption, and effective use of the new system.
  • Investigating and resolving Workday queries, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams where necessary.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of support requests while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Monitoring and tracking queries to ensure timely resolution and adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure a consistent and seamless support experience for employees and managers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of queries, resolutions, and support activities to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the successful embedding of Workday across the organisation by delivering a responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working as a HR Administrator or HR Assistant with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned work and tasks.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills being able to manage a varied high volume workload ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Confident in the use of IT systems and HR systems. Confident in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Strong communications skills.
