Please visit our website:Job DescriptionThe Data Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for the management, quality, accuracy and presentation of data across the Global Estates function. Reporting to and supporting the Global Head of Estates, the role will ensure that data is captured consistently, maintained to a high standard and transformed into timely, clear and actionable management information.The role will also drive continuous improvement, automation and the effective use of AI to reduce manual effort, improve data quality and ensure information processes evolve with the needs of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & QualityOwn and manage all key data inputs across Global Estates, ensuring information is complete, accurate, consistent and timely.Establish and maintain appropriate data standards, processes and controls.Routinely cleanse, validate and reconcile data, identifying and resolving errors, gaps and inconsistencies.Act as the central point of expertise for Estates data and information management.Reporting & PresentationOwn and maintain regular Estates reports, dashboards and management information.Improve the presentation and usability of data to provide clear, concise and decision-useful insight for senior stakeholders.Automate recurring reports, data consolidation, reminders and other routine activities wherever possible.Develop effective exception reporting and controls to highlight data issues and outstanding actions.Continuous ImprovementContinuously review data processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve them.Regularly refresh and enhance input templates to reflect evolving business requirements.Work with stakeholders to understand changing information needs and ensure data structures and reporting remain fit for purpose.Establish and monitor data quality and process improvement measures.AI & AutomationIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of information upload, data processing and reporting.Introduce practical AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual administration and improve information flows.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and proactively identify opportunities to apply them within Global Estates.Stakeholder & Leadership SupportProvide high-quality, timely data and analysis to support the Global Head of Estates and Estates leadership team.Work collaboratively with global stakeholders to improve data collection and reporting processes.Translate business requirements into practical data and reporting solutions.Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting and information requests as required.QualificationsExperience & SkillsExperience in data management, reporting, business intelligence, operations or a related discipline.Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools desirable.Proven ability to improve processes and automate manual activities.Strong understanding of data quality, governance and information management.Interest in and practical application of AI and emerging technologies.Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and proactively identify improvements.Key Success MeasuresImproved accuracy, completeness and consistency of Estates data.Increased automation and reduced manual effort.Timely and reliable data submission and reporting.Improved quality and presentation of management information.Input templates and reporting that evolve with business requirements.Effective use of AI to drive efficiency.Strong stakeholder confidence in Estates data and reporting.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
