As a Data Analyst Apprentice within Corporate Responsibility, you will contribute to major corporate initiatives, annual reports and ESG disclosures across Turner & Townsend’s drive to a low carbon future, operating with ethics and integrity and thriving workplaces and communities workstreams. You will have a vital role managing and interpreting data to support our strategies. You will work alongside a team of Corporate Responsibility experts to handle a growing set of data required to inform decision-making and enable rigorous and transparent data-sharing.
This is a critical role as the business grows and our data is increasingly audited and assured as part of mandatory and voluntary requirements that support work-winning and critical business expansion. You will complete the Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship while gaining practical workplace experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll receive a structured development plan that introduces you to the key business, technical, and commercial competencies essential for our apprentices to thrive at Turner & Townsend.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business process mapping and documentation.
- Assist with requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
- Identify, collate, quality assure and process appropriate data across Corporate Responsibility topics.
- Collect, compile and manage data inputs and outputs.
- Produce performance dashboards and share analytic insights.
- Support with testing and implementation of new data collection systems.
- Identify and analyse trends, business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support with report drafting and other summaries for governance processes.
- Summarise and present data.
- Practice continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments.

The skills learned during this Apprenticeship will also be highly-valuable as transferable skills to many other roles, not limited to Corporate Responsibility or Data Analytics/Science career paths.
Qualifications
You will be enrolled on the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, typically lasting 18 months. Training will be delivered through a blend of workplace learning, online study and workshops.
Entry Requirements
- Right to live and work in the UK and apprenticeship eligibility requirements.
- Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 4-9 including English Language and Mathematics.
- Strong interest in data analytics, process and responsible, social, and environmental business practices.
Additional Information
25 Days annual leave, Buy and Sell annual leave, Corporate Gym Membership, Cycle scheme, Pension. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
