Due to the continued success and expansion of the Data Centre Team in the UK, we are interested in speaking with Associate and Project Directors (Cost Management) with a proven background in the sector. Your track record will have seen you manage large scale, complex projects, in Data Centres. You will be self-motivated, driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 consultancy for Hi-Tech construction projects across EMEA.
- EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years’ experience managing Data Centre or similar projects
- Established network with the industry supply chain
- Strong and current understanding of European design/code requirements and industry trends
- Proven track record managing large projects and/or programmes of work
- Experienced in a variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract
- Multilingual candidates preferred but not essential (German advantageous) – with excellent communication skills, in person and written
- Qualifications
- Degree qualified in construction and/or engineering
- Professional memberships desirable
