As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Environmental Due Diligence consulting services to clients. You will lead complex programmes of work, co-ordinate multiple projects, and provide mentoring support to junior members of the TDD team. You may lead a virtual team of consultants, delivering high-quality work and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
In the role you will:
- Lead teams: Manage and motivate matrix teams of consultants to deliver high-quality projects and achieve business growth targets.
- Deliver services: Provide EDD consulting services to clients, including portfolio and asset level work.
- Business development: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Service delivery: Manage services to meet agreed client outcomes and commercial targets.
Qualifications:
- A natural collaborator, able to foster and maintain relationships.
- Proactively seeks responsibility and opportunities to broaden and deepen skills.
- Good experience in leading client projects in a large business setting.
- Able to identify problems and address them simply while delivering the best outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Has +5 years' experience in Environmental Due Diligence.
