Please visit our website:Job DescriptionThe HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR operational services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in HR processes. This role is leading a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting a high-performance culture. Allocate workloads, set priorities, and monitor team performance against SLA/KPIs. Conduct regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews. HR Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, all employee lifecycle processes. Develop HR dashboards and reporting for all SLA/KPIs. HRIS & Workday: Oversee HRIS administration and ensure data integrity. Train HR team and managers on Workday functionality and best practices. HR Reporting & Analytics: Produce and analyse HR reports. Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from managers and employees. Engage and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure HR operations align with strategic priorities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR operations with business needs. QualificationsProven experience in HR operations management or similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday) Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
