Overview
As an Associate Director, you will lead end-to-end cost management on large/complex commissions for our Energy & Natural Resources clients, acting as the primary day-to-day interface to ensure objectives are met with value-added service.
You’ll apply your procurement and commercial experience in a dynamic, consultative environment and coach the team to deliver strong programme outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end cost management across large/complex commissions
- Act as the key client interface to meet objectives with value-added services
- Oversee delivery of procurement/commercial management on major programmes
- Provide leadership and coaching to project teams to optimize outcomes
- Navigate various contract and commercial models in the Energy & Natural Resources sector
- Support SOX control responsibilities where applicable
- Key requirements
- Proven Procurement or Commercial Management experience
- Experience with a broad range of contract and commercial models
- Experience on Major Programmes and Projects
- Experience in Energy and Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy)
- Preferably MRICS or MCIPS
- Strong communication and consultative approach
- Ability to have challenging conversations with clients and teams
