As part of our UK HR team, you will lead the HR service provision for Turner & Townsend across Infrastructure, Defence and Energy and Natural Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver the People strategy in partnership with Turner & Townsend senior leadership team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing robust commercial advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Strong project management experience of end to end TUPE processes.
  • Drive insights via data and reporting to inform business decision making.
  • Shape, influence, manage and deliver a broad range of People projects, change initiatives and calendar activities, under the UK people strategy.
  • Managing (direct and matrix) a team of People Business Partners and Advisors.
  • Manage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.
  • Produce people related reports, in-depth data analysis and visual presentations and provide ad hoc management information to senior stakeholders.

Person Specification/Requirements
  • Human resources degree or equivalent.
  • Experience of People Business Partnering with senior management in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and matrixed organisation.
