Our 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides a learning environment to help you become a well‑rounded consultant and launch your career. Qualifications
- Academic: RICS‑accredited degree or master’s conversion in Real Estate (minimum 2:1), or non‑cognate students in Maths, Economics, Finance, Tax, Business Studies, or Legal (minimum 2:1). Non‑cognate pathway includes a part‑time RICS accredited Masters funded by CBRE.
