Overview
Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and launch your career. From day one, you’ll build internal networks and deepen your understanding of our industry and service areas. You’ll receive a structured development plan to introduce you to the technical and commercial competencies that are the steppingstones to success at Turner & Townsend, with a dedicated Graduate Development Manager guiding you along the way. Our learning approach blends technical and behavioural training, with opportunities to pursue professional qualifications with esteemed institutions.
UK Digital Unit
The UK Digital team is a rapidly growing group of over 200 professionals embedded within our Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. We deliver a wide range of digital products and services to clients across multiple industries. The team includes Data Analysts, Business Analysts, BIM and Information Management Consultants, Smart Building Consultants, Digital Strategy Consultants, IT Project Managers, Data Architects and Engineers, Change and Transformation Consultants, and an expanding cohort of data science, software development, and IT security experts.

Roles you may experience
- Data Analyst: Transform complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable insights; develop data visualisation dashboards and reports; engage with clients to gather requirements, interpret data, and communicate insights. Requires understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, ETL, and database design.
- Business Analyst: Capture, analyse and validate user requirements; translate into functional specifications; facilitate workshops, define business processes, manage improvements, and oversee UAT; work with product owners and data analysts in agile environments.
- BIM Consultant: Collaborate to deliver digital asset models, define information requirements, conduct model assurance checks, and quantify metrics such as cost, carbon footprint, and health and safety using BIM standards.
- Change and Digital Transformation Consultant: Support organisations on digital maturity, identify opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, engage stakeholders, and apply change management and digital strategy methodologies.
