Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Global Senior Digital Content Managerto join our Global Marketing and Communications team.

This is a high‑impact role at the heart of a global transformation.

You will lead the development, governance, optimisationand performance of content across Turner & Townsend’s global web ecosystem, supporting brand positioning, thought leadership, lead generation, clientengagementand talent attraction.

The role is based at our office in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global website content strategy aligned to business growthobjectives, sectorprioritiesand marketing goals.
  • Create annual and quarterly content roadmapsthat combineoptimisationof existing content with the development of new authority-building contentand clusters.
  • Identifyandprioritisecontent opportunities based on client needs, userbehaviour, businessprioritiesand market trends.
  • Develop andmaintaina search-led content strategy that improves visibility across traditional search engines, LLMsand emerging search experiences.
  • Content Creation & Editorial Leadership
  • Createandupkeepofstrategicwebsitecontent, includingmarketperspectives, industrytrendsand evergreencontent to support SEO.
  • Work withbroadermarketingteam todevelop authority-building content that strengthens Turner & Townsend’s visibility, expertiseand relevance across key service areas.
  • Translate complex technical content into compelling client-focused narrativesasrequired.
  • Upholdwriting standards, brandstyleguidesand tone-of-voice guidelines.
  • Website Management & Governance
  • Uphold and evolve as necessarygovernance processes, workflowsand quality assurance standards.
  • Lead content audits and ensure compliance with brand, legal, privacyand accessibility requirements.
  • User Experience & Digital Optimisation
  • Partner with UX, design and development teams(internal and agency partners)
  • Support website redesigns and transformation initiatives.
  • SEO, AI Search & Analytics
  • Leadoptimisationof priority service, sectorand strategic content pages to improve organic visibility and commercial performance.
  • Identifysearch opportunities and develop content recommendations, including topic clusters and supporting content designed to strengthen topical authority.
  • Workwith the segment marketing leads totranslatesearch opportunities into content aligned to business priorities.
  • Monitor performance, measure searchvisibilityand provide strategic recommendationsbased on data and insight.
  • Develop dashboards andreporting frameworks thattrack website, contentand search performance.
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Build relationships with SMEs, sectorleadersand stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with regional content managers and external agencies.
  • Team Leadership
  • Coach and mentor website content professionalsacross our regions.
  • Champion best practice and continuous improvementonthe globalwebsite and regionallocalized sites.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Extensive experience indigital content, website management or B2B marketing.
  • Significant experiencemanaging complex global websites.
  • Strong writing, editing, SEO, analyticsand CMSexpertise.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Line management experience.
