Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Organisational Design/Effectiveness capability within Programme Advisory (OTM). You will play a key delivery role across major transformation programmes, supporting organisation design, operating model development and people-centred change. Working closely with Principal Consultants and Associate Directors, you will take ownership of delivery preparation, documentation, coordination and client-facing activity, contributing to high-quality programme outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of operating model and organisational effectiveness interventions within major programmes, ensuring clear structure, documentation and delivery quality.
- Coordinate project and programme delivery logistics, including calendars, planning rhythms, collaboration platforms, workshop preparation and project management tools.
- Prepare delivery artefacts such as documentation packs, templates, Mural boards, workshop materials and project data outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Co-facilitate workstreams, HIT teams or task teams where appropriate, supporting senior colleagues in delivering structured, engaging sessions.
- Apply organisational change approaches, change impact assessment, readiness analysis, engagement planning, communications support and transition planning.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, folders, version control and job database entries, contributing to programme governance and quality assurance.
- Support proposal development, case studies, marketing content and business development activities where required.
- Assist with knowledge-transfer activities, including preparation of BAU handover materials and lessons-learned inputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, templates and methodologies within OTM and Programme Advisory.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary programme teams and build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in organisation design, operating model development or organisational change within complex programmes or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with people-centred change approaches including change impact, readiness assessment, engagement and communications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage logistics, documentation, planning tools and delivery preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Mural or Miro, and strong capability across Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully in client-facing environments.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and support senior colleagues within fast-paced programme environments.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
