Join Turner & Townsend's Natural Resources team to lead performance and commercial outcomes on major energy and infrastructure projects.
You will own performance quality, plan and execute with autonomy, and collaborate across client and contractor teams to hit KPIs while maintaining governance.
You will drive cost control, forecasting, and value engineering, contributing to internal excellence and lessons learned.

Responsibilities
- Own performance and quality outputs with analytical problem-solving
- Plan and execute work, add value, escalate when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to maintain professional relationships
- Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working
- Administer and manage contracts, including cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and change control
- Work with client and contractor teams to deliver on KPIs and cost control
- Provide commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy, and timely final accounts
- Contribute to internal excellence through lessons learned and process improvements
- Key requirements
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership (preferable)
