Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of operating model and organisational effectiveness interventions within major programmes, ensuring clear structure, documentation and delivery quality.
  • Coordinate project and programme delivery logistics, including calendars, planning rhythms, collaboration platforms, workshop preparation and project management tools.
  • Prepare delivery artefacts such as documentation packs, templates, Mural boards, workshop materials and project data outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Co-facilitate workstreams, HIT teams or task teams where appropriate, supporting senior colleagues in delivering structured, engaging sessions.
  • Apply organisational change approaches, change impact assessment, readiness analysis, engagement planning, communications support and transition planning.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, folders, version control and job database entries, contributing to programme governance and quality assurance.
  • Support proposal development, case studies, marketing content and business development activities where required.
  • Assist with knowledge-transfer activities, including preparation of BAU handover materials and lessons-learned inputs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, templates and methodologies within OTM and Programme Advisory.
  • Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary programme teams and build strong working relationships with client stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in organisation design, operating model development or organisational change within complex programmes or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with people-centred change approaches including change impact, readiness assessment, engagement and communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage logistics, documentation, planning tools and delivery preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Mural or Miro, and strong capability across Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully in client-facing environments.
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and support senior colleagues within fast-paced programme environments.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
