We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team, within Programme Advisory. Our growing team needs people with hands-on experience working in a major project environment. Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team, working across the entire development lifecycle providing a range of services to our clients.
As part of the Programme Integration team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables
- Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying and realising business development opportunities
- Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
- Supporting internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team
- Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team
- Providing strategic consultancy services to clients on logistics and supply chain management
- Supporting the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies
- Advising clients on best practices in logistics operations
- Conducting thorough analyses of clients' logistics processes
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and implement customised logistics solutions
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
Skills required include a deep understanding of the planning and development of major projects, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to personal learning and development.
