b Overview /b p As a Cost Manager in the Health, Science Education team, you will drive end-to-end cost management for high-profile London projects, from feasibility to handover. You’ll work within a collaborative, client-focused culture to support healthcare and education schemes, including hospital developments, delivering value through robust cost controls. This role offers exposure to two-stage tendering, lifecycle costing, and multi-stakeholder governance, shaping outcomes on impactful projects. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible working environment /li li inclusive culture /li li equal opportunity employer /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver cost management services for projects from pre-contract to handover /li li Support achievement of client objectives through cost control and reporting /li li Contribute to procurement activities including pre-qualification, tendering, and contract preparation /li li Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage client/stakeholder relationships /li li Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports /li li Support value engineering, lifecycle costing, and cost planning across schemes /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in healthcare and/or education sectors /li li Ability to guide clients from feasibility to completion /li li Experience with two-stage tendering /li li Experience administering JCT and NEC contracts /li li Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships in a cost management context /li li Knowledge of risks/challenges in public-sector healthcare /li li Experience producing monthly post-contract cost reports /li li Experience in procurement activities and contract preparation /li li Ability to negotiate final accounts /li /ul ul li communication /li li stakeholder management /li li client-focused /li li CostX or similar measurement software /li li knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts /li li cost planning and lifecycle costing /li /ul
